This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our Site, book appointments, subscribe to newsletters, or contact us for Services. We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA (Canada) and other applicable privacy laws. Where required, we also comply with CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation) for commercial electronic messages.

  • Tax/financial information you voluntarily share for scoping or service delivery (e.g., income categories, slips, statements)—usually collected after we open a file and governed by our engagement terms.
  • Marketing preferences: your consent to receive newsletters/updates.

Children: Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
